If you are looking at this site, you are probably seeking support for yourself or someone close to you and you have probably seen a lot sites, trying to decide which one you should contact. You may have come across acronyms, abbreviations and phrases that can be overwhelming. I will try to keep that to a minimum as I explain who I am and how I work.
My name, as you probably guessed, is Rob Thomas, and I started Self Centre hypnotherapy after 15 years of working in the voluntary sector providing support, counselling and hypnotherapy to individuals addressing issues around mental health, drug and alcohol use, motivation and confidence. This experience has allowed me to develop a unique blend of skills in a wide variety of counselling tools and techniques that have been scientifically proven to help individuals achieve their goals.
My focus as always been, and will always be, to you or your loved one to achieve the goals that they wish. Whether its issues around alcohol or drug use, depression, bereavement, anxiety or stress, cravings or habits. Whatever it may be, each session will be a collaborative exploration of what you want to achieve and how to get there.
I am a member of several accredited organisations that help ensure a strong code of conduct and ethics such as the national hypnotherapy society and received qualifications from Swansea university. I continually develop my skills and techniques, in order to provide the best service possible. If you would like more information on these points, then please don’t hesitate to call.
Well I think that’s enough information about me so far but if you have any questions send me a message or give me a call.
